Pioneers has 15 mobilization gateways around the world, all working together toward the common goal of seeing no more unreached people groups.

PIONEERS' goal is to deploy the majority of its workers in such a way as to reach people groups that, to this point, have had the least opportunity to hear the message of Christ. Their primary focus is those areas, cultures, and people groups where the need is greatest. In PIONEERS, people are encouraged to go where they feel God is leading them, and to do what they are best gifted and skilled to do, for the cause of the gospel.

Currently serving in; Hindu, Muslim, Tribal, Secular, Chinese, and Buddhist, religious and cultural environments, their church planting teams are located In 9 regions of the world, including:

• Central Asia
• East Asia
• Europe / CIS
• Island Sout East Asia
• Latin America
• Oceania
• South Asia / Mainland South East Asia
• North Africa / Middle East
• Sub-Sahara Africa

They all live on location in their given regions.
