PIONEERS' goal is to deploy the majority of its workers in such a way as to reach people groups that, to this point, have had the least opportunity to hear the message of Christ. Their primary focus is those areas, cultures, and people groups where the need is greatest.

In PIONEERS, men and women are not required, or even asked, to go somewhere, or do something that they do not sense is God's leading for their lives. They are driven by the conviction that the Lord both gifts and calls people according to his own sovereign plan. In PIONEERS, people are encouraged to go where they feel God is leading them, and to do what they are best gifted and skilled to do, for the cause of the gospel.

Currently serving in; Hindu, Muslim, Tribal, Secular, Chinese, and Buddhist, religious and cultural environments, their church planting teams are located In 9 regions of the world, including:

• Central Asia
• East Asia
• Europe / CIS
• Island Sout East Asia
• Latin America
• Oceania
• South Asia / Mainland South East Asia
• North Africa / Middle East
• Sub-Sahara Africa

They all live on location in their given regions.
