MAF Technologies - Serving the Church and the remote communities with Technological solutions! Formerly CRMF (Christian Radio Missionary Fellowship) founded in Australia in 1946, MAF Technologies is an international, inter-denominational mission organisation.

We are an inter - denominational technical mission which has been based in PNG for over 60 years. We exist to provide the Church and the remote people in PNG and reaching out through our MAF International network to other parts of the World. We provide technical solutions such as High Frequency Radio Communications (HF Radio), Information Systems and Technologies, Solar Installations, Distribution of printed Bibles and many others that help advance the Gospel and the Great Commission.

CRMF-PNG started in 1951 to provide a technical support service to churches and missions throughout PNG. Our staff consists of both expatriate missionaries and Papua New Guineans working together to serve God. Now part of Mission Aviation Fellowship, we are a Christian service organisation and not a commercial company. However we operate in many ways like a small business. We charge for some of the work we do for churches and missions, but our charges are much lower than commercial companies. All our staff are committed Christians who see their work as service for God, not just a job to make money.

In a country of limited conventional technical services and few roads, MAF Technologoes seeks to meet the needs of remote communities by providing the following services for Churches and Missions:

* Communications
* IT Services
* Repair
* Solar
* Technical Training

Over 900 outstation radio transceivers are located in missionaries homes, offices, hospitals, aircraft, boats/ships, and in dense bush (when the church worker is out on trek).

CRMF merged with MAF in 2009 and was later renamed as MAF Technologies.
