Glen Park Gospel Church >> Easter >> 2003 Good Friday in the Park

On a beautiful warm, almost hot autumn day some 115 people rallied to invitations and notices to share in the Good Friday in the Park again this Easter.

David Wraight, Asia Pacific Director of Youth for Christ was guest speaker.

David was supported by the musical abilities of Peter York.

Afterward, we all enjoyed a cuppa and the odd hot cross bun.

Good Friday in the Park has been an annual event for the last six years, and for all but one of them, the sun has shined on this proclamation of the Gospel. At the Glen Park Gospel Church we see this as one of the ways that we are able to share the good news of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and the blessing that can come into the lives of those who place their trust in Him.
